I wasn't going to post today because I am feeling sore and exhausted from walking 4 miles yesterday and moving on Friday, but I saw that there had been a handful of views on my latest few posts and therefore I feel encouraged as well as inspired. That being said, I think this will be another short post and won't cover my prior experiences. I just really wanted to thank everyone for checking out my blog!! And I suggest and would greatly appreciate people checking out my other posts as well!
So as far as an update, I'm doing okay today. As mentioned, I am feeling a bit worn today from the earlier physical activity. So, I haven't really done much today and probably won't for the remainder of the day. I am thinking of perhaps writing a short post that continues to detail my beginning psychosis in September 2019, but I don't think I can make it short. I want to make it as long as I feel necessary because there are a lot of facets to that experience that will take time and energy to detail.
So again. thank you everyone. I believe I previously wrote in one of the few first posts in January, but I am primarily writing this blog to benefit myself in a way that a journal or diary would. I feel that by writing, or in this case, typing can ameliorate a lot of my depression and anxiety because I am able to transmute thoughts/feelings in my head to written form.
